Weekly check-in

If you purchase an annual plan, we’ll give you a free Aging In Place assessment, AND either your first month free or 10% off, depending on the plan
Schedule your first visit
We’ll reach out to schedule when we can come and visit.
You can adjust the time and day of your visits from our website, through text messages, or by calling us anytime.
Home maintenance
A Trusty maintenance person will arrive in the scheduled window of time.
We have put together what we deem as the must-have monthly and seasonal maintenance fixes, but each home is different and we will work with you to address any concerns you may have that are specific to your home and needs.
Trusty is on it
After scheduled maintenance visits, if any extra work is needed elsewhere in or around your home, your Trusty technician can provide you with a quote.
If Trusty can’t fix it, any subcontractors we use are vetted for best AIP practices, and we will handle all estimates and work on your behalf.

How often will you visit my home with a subscription plan?
It depends on the plan you choose.
Our gold plan includes 4 visits a year based on the seasonal shifts.
Our platinum plan includes 12 monthly visits a year – we’ll see you once a month.
And our Diamond plan includes 12 monthly visits, plus 4 extra on-call visits per year, for a total of 16 total maintenance visits.
Are your staff members background-checked?
Absolutely. All Trusty employees undergo thorough background checks and are fully insured for your peace of mind.
How much do your services cost?
Our pricing varies based on the frequency of visits, and the size of your home.

What does an Aging In Place consultation & assessment include?
We thought you’d never ask! The consultation is performed by one of our certified aging in place specialists who will go through the interior and exterior of your home, and will also meet with you regarding your needs and abilities.
We will then provide an assessment of your home – kind of like a report card for home safety. We will also provide recommendations. Many of which you can do yourself for free, though we are always happy to help.
There will undoubtedly be recommendations to adapt certain spaces, or substitute cabinet handles for pulls for example, or switch out a rug that bunches up.
After we provide the assessment and consultation, we will be happy to provide you with quotes and do the work for any of the recommendations. Most importantly, we want our customers to have the information to make decisions for their health and their home. We believe the health of you and your home are directly intertwined.
What is covered in a home maintenance plan visit?
In short – peace of mind! Our maintenance team and certified aging in place specialists have put together the most comprehensive home maintenance list to keep your home in tip-top shape. We’ll look inside and outside, in every room, at every home mechanical system, every appliance. We make sure you have the home supplies to get you to the next visit from Trusty – batteries, softener and snow salt, lightbulbs, smoke detectors – and so much more – replaced at cost on each visit.
We’ll also work with you to make sure we fix anything on your list.
